This is the year you can change your life.

Welcome! I’m so happy you are here. Today is a perfect day to start your life fresh.

Kerri Rachelle

PhD c., RDN

Founder • Educator • Functional Medicine Practitioner

Bridging clinical care, education, and intentional movement into sustainable, real-world models.

A 9-month, paid clinical training pathway for RDs who want to practice functional medicine with competence, confidence, and integrity — not shortcuts.

Functional Medicine Fellowship for RDNs

You didn’t become a dietitian to hand out generic advice or work inside broken systems. You became one to help people — truly help them.

This fellowship exists because most clinicians were never taught how to think clinically, interpret functional labs in context, or practice root-cause care inside real-world constraints. Here, you don’t just learn functional medicine — you become the kind of practitioner who can deliver it responsibly, sustainably, and with clarity.

Who is the Fellowship For?

This Is for RDs Who Are Ready to Practice Differently

This fellowship is designed for Registered Dietitians who want more than protocols and certifications. It’s for clinicians who want:

  • Real clinical volume, not hypotheticals

  • Mentorship rooted in physiology, not trends

  • Structure, confidence, and decision-making skill

  • A sustainable way to practice without burnout

  • Ethical, functional medicine experience

Whether you’re early in your career or refining advanced skills, the fellowship meets you where you are — and raises the bar.

What MakesThis Different

This Is Not Only Coursework. It’s Clinical Immersion.

Most functional medicine programs stop at education. This fellowship goes further.

Here, you don’t just study functional medicine — you practice it, supported every step of the way.

What makes this fellowship different:

  • Paid, real patient care (not observation-only training)

  • Structured mentorship with case rounds and direct feedback

  • Systems thinking before protocols

  • Retention, communication, and boundaries taught as clinical skills

  • Experience practicing as both clinician and patient

This is training designed for the long game — for clinicians who want to do this work well and stay in it.

9 Month Structure

The Fellowship Timeline

Months 1–2: Foundations & Patient Forward Focus
You begin as both a clinician and a patient. This phase focuses on:

  • Onboarding into REV0 systems and care delivery

  • Learning retention, rapport, and patient communication

  • Experiencing care from the patient side to build empathy and insight

  • Developing clinical confidence before complexity

Months 3–8: Supervised Clinical Practice
This is where depth happens.

  • Weekly patient care with increasing autonomy

  • Weekly Root Cause Rounds

  • Lab interpretation across gut, hormones, metabolism, immune patterns, detox, and cardiometabolic health

  • Ethical protocol development and sequencing

  • Learning how to manage complexity without over-testing or over-supplementing

Month 9: Advanced Practice & Integration
The final phase focuses on mastery.

  • Complex case management

  • Clinical reasoning refinement

  • Capstone-style clinical or systems project

  • Transition planning for long-term practice

What You Learn

Clinical Skills and Education You Leave With

You will develop fluency in:

  • Functional lab interpretation (GI, hormone, metabolic, immune, detox patterns)

  • Systems-based case analysis across gut, thyroid, hormones, autoimmunity, and cardiometabolic health

  • Pattern recognition vs diagnosis chasing

  • Sequencing care for complex, multi-system patients

  • Retention-based care models that actually work

  • Ethical use of testing and supplements

  • Communicating clearly with patients, PCPs, and specialists

  • This training emphasizes clarity over complexity — learning how to see the signal, not drown in the noise.

Rooted Versus Fellowship

Rooted vs. Fellowship: Two Paths, One Philosophy

Rooted Functional Medicine Training
A self-paced, comprehensive education for anyone who want to learn frameworks, labs, and systems thinking.

The Fellowship
A next-level clinical immersion for Registered Dietitians who want to apply that knowledge in real patient care, with mentorship, accountability, and paid experience.

Rooted teaches you what.
The Fellowship teaches you how to deliver it.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here

My work has always followed two paths: training clinicians to practice functional medicine with integrity, and building systems where patients can actually receive it. Both are rooted in the same mission — to make functional medicine accessible, effective, and sustainable.

If you’re ready to stop circling the edges and step fully into this work, this fellowship was built for you.

TESTIMONALS

I truly love the work I do and being part of this fellowship has been incredibly rewarding.

I want to thank you (again) for giving me this opportunity! I am learning so much from the lessons and the different clients.
